This is a fairly quick and simple dinner for a chilly Fall day.
Ingredients:
- 4 c Joseph's Grainery Wheat
- 1 large can tomato soup
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 c diced celery
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 Tbls butter
- 1-2 lbs ground beef
Directions: Simmer onion, celery and butter in a small amount of water. Brown ground beef and drain grease. Combine all ingredients. Salt to taste. Place in baking dish and top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
