Guess what we're having for dinner tonight...
Ingredients:
- 1 c Joseph's Grainery Hard Red Wheat or Soft White Wheat, cracked or whole
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb sausage
- 1 c tomato juice or sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
Glaze:
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 3 Tbls molasses
Directions: Combine loaf ingredients well. Turn into 8 or 9 inch square pan. Shape and spread glaze over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10 helpings.
