Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c cooked Joseph's Grainery Soft White Wheat
- 1 - 6 oz pkg instant valnilla pudding
- 1/2 c walnuts
- 3 Tbls lemon juice
- 1 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 - 16 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 large cool whip
Directions: Mix cream cheese and pudding together until smooth. Add pineapple and juice, wheat, walnuts, lemon juice and cool whip. Refrigerate until thickened.
