Ingredients:
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c butter1/2 c brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 c Joseph's Grainery Soft White Wheat, cooked & finely chopped in blender
1 c oatmeal
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c chocolate chips
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together sugars, butter, egg and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add flour, wheat, oatmeal, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 9-10 minutes.
