Ingredients:
1/2 c Joseph's Grainery Soft White Wheat, cooked & cracked in a blender or food processor
1 1/2 lbs lean ground meat (beef or turkey)1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 1/2 c barbecue sauce
1/3 c water
Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine meat, wheat berries and seasonings. Mix thoroughly and form into 1 inch meatballs. Arrange on a microwavable plate and cover with wax paper. Microwave on high for 7 minutes or until all of the pink is gone from the meat. Drain off the excess fat. In a 9x13 pan mix the barbecue sauce and water. Add meatballs (rolling them in the sauce a bit) and cover. Bake for 35 minutes at 325 degrees.
