Ingredients:
1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 c Joseph's Grainery Soft White Wheat, milled to a stone ground consistency in your blender
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/2 Tbsp baking powder
dash of sea salt
1/4 c butter
4 c fruit, frozen or fresh
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put butter in a 9 inch pie pan and place in the oven until the butter is melted. Remove from the oven and place the fruit in the butter. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients, sugar, milk and vanilla, then pour this mixture over the fruit. Stick it in the oven and bake for 45 minutes. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and you'll be in heaven!
