Ingredients:
1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 c Joseph's Grainery Soft White Wheat, milled to a stone ground consistency in your blender
1/2 Tbsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 c butter, softened
1/2 c brown sugar
1 c peanut butter, crunchy or creamy - your choice
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c chocolate chips
Directions: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Add the peanut butter, egg, vanilla and salt. Add the dry ingredients and then fold in the chocolate chips. Form small balls of dough and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Use a fork to imprint the cookies. Bake for approximately 10 minutes.
