Whole Grain Sloppy Joes

After reading yesterday how eating whole grains can help burn more belly fat, you're probably looking for some good whole grain recipes, right?  Well, you're definitely in the right place!  Joseph's Grainery is all about providing it's loyal customers with tasty whole grain recipes.  So today we're going to show you an easy way to incorporate whole grains into a recipe that you probably already make on a fairly regular basis...Sloppy Joes!

Ingredients:

1 lb ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
1 c frozen corn
1 14 oz can diced tomatoes with juice
1 sm can tomatoe paste
for some kick - 1 Tbsp McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning
whole wheat buns

Directions:  Brown the turkey over medium heat.  Add the wheat and onion and saute briefly.  Then add the corn, tomatoes and paste and continue cooking until heated throughout.  Serve open face on whole wheat buns.
