Can you believe these Cream Puffs are made with Whole Wheat Flour?
My Great Grandmother made these for lunch the other day. Grandpa says were great, but we have no recipe for you because she doen't use recipes. She used Joseph's Grainery Soft White Wheat Pastry Flour. Grandpa says they had a real cream puff texture with a delicate wheat taste that no one will ever experience again ever because she never writes her recipes down. At least he had a great lunch on her deck at the farm!
