- 1 part Joseph's Grainery Unhulled Barley
- 3 parts water, boiling
Instructions
- Soak the barley in water for at least 24 hours. Drain and rinse prior to cooking.
- Add the soaked barley to the boiling water. Return to a boil, reduce the heat to medium, cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until the barley kernels are tender.
